At your appointment, you'll be encouraged to talk about your feelings and emotions.
I'll listen and support you without judging or criticising.
As a therapist I can help you gain a better understanding of your feelings and thought processes, and find your own solutions to problems. But I won't usually give advice or tell you what to do.
If you wish to pay each session seperately, please note that dates, availability and times might vary.
If you prefer upfront payment for 6 sessions, I would book all of your appointments at the initial meeting.
In this way you would be guaranteed to have appropriate day/time slots reserved for you.
