I'll listen and support you without judging or criticising.


As a therapist I can help you gain a better understanding of your feelings and thought processes, and find your own solutions to problems. But I won't usually give advice or tell you what to do.

My sessions are offered as face to face, e-counselling, online ( Skype, Zoom, Teams ) and home visits.

First Assessment Online - 30 min - Free

Regular Consultation - Face to Face & Online - 50 min - £45

Payment - Bank Transfer, PayPal

Tuesday - Evening from 5.30pm till 9pm

Friday - Evening from 5.30pm till 9pm

Saturday - Morning & Afternoon from 9am till 3pm

     Sunday - Afternoon & Evening from 3pm till 9pm

Cancellation policy
